Before the Appointment

Your experience starts when you use my online booking system, choose one of my NEW GUEST EXPERIENCE services that best fits your goals for your first appointment. After making the appointment, you will receive a New Guest Form via email, please complete it.

Once your appointment request is received and the New Guest Form is completed, I will confirm or decline your appointment within 24 – 48 hours.  If confirmed, you will receive a welcome email detailing a little more of what expect during your first visit.

You will be receiving a confirmation text 2 days prior to your appointment.  A reminder via text 1 hour prior to your and an email 1 day prior to your appointment. If you need to make any changes to your appointment, you can do so online up to 48 hours before your appointment.

Arriving at the Salon

Arrive early so you can have plenty of time to become familiar with your new salon home. You can have seat in the waiting area upon arrival.  I will come out to greet you and direct you to my suite.  I promise to value your time by staying on schedule.

You can relax in my suite knowing that I have thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each client.  The space is ready for you to settle into.  I book my guests one at a time so you will have my undivided attention. 

During the Visit

During the appointment, I will be recording and taking photographs.

We will seat down and discuss your New Guest Form in detail.  We will talk about your hair goals and dreams; what you like and or dislike about your hair.  We can also look at some inspirational photos.  I’ll walk you through what’s obtainable in today’s appointment, future services, and how to style and care for your new look at home. 

After the consultation, you will be directed to the shampoo bowl where the magic will take place.  I will inform you of every product being used as well as why I’m using them.  I will work efficiently to respect your time but I will never sacrifice the quality of my work by rushing on your hair.  Throughout the service, we will chat more in-depth about how to maintain the health of your curls and the longevity of your style at home.
